We will give you a comprehensive audit of your existing and prior affiliates so we can work together to pinpoint areas to improve and identify new opportunities. During the launch we will:
- Complete market analysis to include 3 or more current competitors
- Analyze main affiliate commission offer, assist in payout structures, and cookie duration.
- Review current landing pages
- Review Terms and Conditions
- Create a SEO and PPC approved keyword list for affiliates
- Analyze existing affiliate program marketing materials (Welcome Emails, Contact information rules, etc.)
- Establish performance goal benchmarks
- Write and distribute Press Release for launch
Here are the tasks for ongoing management:
- Affiliate recruitment – Quality, not Quantity!
- Newsletter to affiliate base announcing new promotions and suggesting ways to promote the company
- Periodic evaluation of current affiliate marketing materials and replacing expired materials with new offers
- Ongoing market analysis of competitors
- Manual approval of all new affiliate applications
- Main support contact with all affiliates in the affiliate program
- Monthly report on sales and traffic
- Proactively working with new affiliates to help them start effective promotions
- Policing PPC policy
Reporting
We will prepare a comprehensive report the first week of every month detailing all aspects of affiliate program, as well as suggested improvements for the upcoming month. At the end of every month, these items will be reviewed and measured for their effectiveness. Clients have full access to our Basecamp project management tool, the best way to show transparency and accountability.
