The Gorilla

Greg Hoffman @Akagorilla is an affiliate manager with 8 years experience in the industry. He is creator of the Affiliate Juice Podcast and the Affiliate Voices Podcast. Currently, he is co-host on the Zap! Podcast. Greg is also the author of the affiliate marketing resource blog, Marketing Gorilla. His first major affiliate management project was for the Thompson Cigar family of companies including the brands Linensource, Casual Living and Cafe Belmondo. He also served as Affiliate Director for the Kowabunga/Primary Ads network. His previous background was in Journalism and Public Relations.

Greg is the main point of contact with all merchants. He completed the training for the title Certified Affiliate Manager in 2009 through the Affiliate Classroom Certified training module. He has been a speaker at 4 Affiliate Summits, co-hosts the Atlanta Affiliate Summit Meetup and has authored stories in FeedFront Magazine.

Affiliate Director

Cindy Ballard @Cingroomer is the right hand of the agency. She was an affiliate for many years and started full-time with us in 2010. She received her Affiliate Management Certification in 2011. Her job is to talk with affiliates every day and get them motivated to promote our clients. She is also in charge of deals and generally keeping Greg in line at all times.

Affiliate Manager

Kelly Earwood @Kelkey is an industry veteran that joined the agency in 2011. Kelly is known by many in the industry as the former Ecommerce/Affiliate Specialist for Deluxe Corporation (Direct Checks Unlimited), a long time holder of the #1 spot in the ShareASale Top 100 PowerRank. Kelly makes first contact with every affiliate joined in our programs and works with Cindy and Greg to manage all of our programs.

Social Media Expert

Nathan Smith @CoffeeNate joins the GHC team to help clients navigate the ever evolving world of social media. Nathan’s passion is creating connections between business and customers. He will turn them into ambassadors for your business. Nathan is also an internationally known coffee fanatic known as CoffeeNate.

Account Executive

Melissa Zeno @MelZeno joined us in April 2013 as an account executive. Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (major in Accounting) from Wayne State University. She is responsible for our affiliate database management and outreach efforts.

Business Manager

Jen Hoffman handles all billing and event planning for the agency. She weaves through the clutter to keep the business flowing and support our staff. An expert at designing solutions and effective processes, Jen brings an extensive background in efficient business administration.
